Heavy Duty No-till Seed Drills

Our heavy duty no-till drills is composed of a combination of the Center Pivot Hitch and basic 3-point drills.complete with hydraulic depth-adjustable coulters. The drill can either be rigid or float, fore and aft, independently of the hitch.

With functions directly carry out no till operations on land covered with straw residues, complete the operations of stubble removal, trenching, seeding and fertilization, and compaction in one go and mainly used for no tillage operations on granular crops such as wheat, rapeseed, and alfalfa etc.

Advantage

1. Completing multiple processes in one go saves farming costs and plays an important role in competing for time and soil moisture.

2. Through the combination of practice and theory, the water-saving, drought resistance, and lodging resistance of seeds after no tillage operation have been improved.

3.There are various ways to adjust the depth of homework, which can meet the sowing depth requirements of 2-8cm.

4.The single unit compaction provides a good shaping effect for the trenching and sowing system, ensuring the consistency of seedling emergence.

5.Operate on land covered with stubble to reduce the impact of wind and water erosion on the land and crops, and improve the soil’s water storage and retention capacity.

6.Avoid deep plowing and reduce the impact of soil fertility decline caused by the destruction of microbial communities in the soil layer.

7.Under no tillage sowing conditions, the maximum pressure of a single plant on the ground can reach 230kg.
